Crunchy Salmon
Sunday is wine and cookies night. My friend Jamie comes over, we hang out and drink wine, and Thing 1 gets cookies to keep him happy. Awesome idea, I know! She is a vegetarian, but eats fish. We’ve talked salmon quite a few times now and in her honor I’m sharing this salmon recipe.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down onto prepared baking sheet. Spoon honey mustard on top of salmon fillets. Top with canned fried onions.
- Bake for 15 minutes. If onions begin to brown too much, lay a piece of foil over the top of the salmon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until combined and smooth.


This looks delicious! I will have to try using fried onions instead of breadcrumbs next time I make salmon. Thanks for giving me the link 🙂
