How much do I love pizza? This ****************************************************** much! It’s my favorite. I could eat pizza about a million different ways. And lucky for me, most of you seem to share the same passion. So by popular request (Facebook and google+), today I bring you PIZZA!
And not just any pizza, this could in fact be the easiest pizza you’ve ever made in your entire life. Oh! Did I mention you only need four, count them FOUR, ingredients? Yeah. Easiest weeknight/back-to-school/why didn’t I go shopping this morning dinner ever!
While parents with kids are kicking out back-to-school mode in full effect, I’m riding the “he works days, I work nights” train. Having a quick and easy dinner option is a must in this house. Mike will swing home for an hour two after work, and before band practice and be starving. Or I’ll be running late getting ready for work {I may have forgotten to switch the laundry during nap time}, and need a dinner that takes 5 minutes tops top prep and throw in the oven. But now long from now, we’ll be joining the pick up line and Target ladder match for the perfect backpack.
This recipe can be made a million and five different ways. Traditional pizza style with your favorite toppings, white pizza {like I made}, pesto pizza, eat it as a main dish, or a side dish. You can’t go wrong! Using Pilsbury biscuits save me hours over making my own homemade pizza dough – which I love to do, but not EVERY time.
When I worked at Fox & Hound years ago, my favorite thing to order with bacon pizza with alfredo sauce. It’s such a creamy texture with the cheese and sauce, and the salty bacon bursts….yummm! With 3 m’s. I wanted to recreate that pizza today, but then I found Roasted Polbano Alfredo sauce at the store. Say what?!? Done and done. This is the best cheesy bread you will ever put in your mouth. It’s creamy, cheesy, has happy bacon-ness, and a little kick from the peppers.
I didn’t share any of the bread. I was in pizza cheesy bread nirvana. I made the boys their own pepperoni pizza bake instead. Happy tummies in my house!

Eddie LOVED the pepperoni pizza bake!
Otto {my pickest eater} loved the white pizza. He doesn’t do red sauce. And he calls white pizza “macaroni pizza.” Kids.
