4-Ingredient Poblano Bacon Cheesy Bread

  • 1 can Grands! Original Biscuits
  • 3 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Roasted Polbano Alfredo sauce
  • 8 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cut a biscuit into 8 pieces. Pinch each piece into a ball like shape, and place in a medium bowl. Repeat with all biscuits.
  3. Add sauce and 1 cup cheese to biscuits. Toss to coat biscuits. Pour biscuit mixture into prepared baking dish. Spread evenly in dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until golden around the edges and cheese in completely melted. Serve warm with and extra side of Alfredo sauce if desired.

I made a half batch in 9" x 9" dish {pictured}, and cooked my pizza for the same amount of time.
