Ingredients

salmon filet
cut into 2 equal pieces

tablespoons
rice vinegar

tablespoons
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
sriracha
1/2
tablespoon
honey
2
teaspoons
fresh ginger
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1/2 lime
Salt & pepper
1/4
onion
diced

garlic cloves
minced
Honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Marinate the salmon for at least 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the salmon skin down on the pan.
Bake until the salmon is cooked trough and light pink, about 15 minutes.
Top salmon with a light drizzle of honey.
