Very Soft Polenta

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup polenta
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Reduce heat to low. Cook until polenta thickens, stirring frequently, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Whisk in butter and salt. Serve warm
