  • 2 scoops honey caramel Greek frozen yogurt
  • 3 heaping teaspoons Carnation breakfast Essentials {Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor}
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 frozen banana peeled
  • 1/2 cup milk


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
