Skinny Watermelon Martini

This healthier version of Skinny Watermelon Martini will quench your thirst, but not add to your waistline.

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed and seeded watermelon
  • 1/2 cup cubed and seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 6 Tablespoons good quality vodka
  • watermelon wedges to garnish


  1. Place watermelon, cucumber, honey and orange juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until liquefied.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  4. Add the watermelon mixture and vodka.
  5. Shake, shake, shake to combine.
  6. Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with a watermelon wedge.
