Black Bean & Corn Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 packet McCormick’s Guacamole Seasoning
  • One ounce carn corn kernels drained
  • 1 cup cooked black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 Roma tomato seeded and diced
  • Chips for serving


  1. In a medium bowl, smash avocados some they are mostly smooth with a few smaller chunks. Add seasoning packet, and stir to combine.
  2. Add corn and black beans. Stir ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors combine.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl, and top with dice tomatoes. Serve with tortillas chips.

Recipe Notes

If you’re in a rush, let the guacamole sit for at least 15 minutes before serving. This completely dissolves the seasonings, and makes a HUGE difference in the overall taste.
