-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown ground beef until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Add diced bell peppers and frozen corn. Stir and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add Manwich Original sauce, and stir to combine.
-
Roll out French Loaf dough to a large rectangle on a Sil-Pat or piece of parchment paper. Using a sharp knife, cut even strips into the dough down the long side of the rectangle 1/3 of the way towards the middle. {You should have strips down each side of the dough and an uncut section in the middle 1/3 of the dough.}
-
Pour the Manwich beef mixture down the middle of the dough, spreading evenly from end to end, but leaving an inch or so at each end to seal the loaf. Top beef mixture with cheese.
-
Choose an end of the dough to start from, and take on strip and pull it over and across the beef mixture. Lay the strip of dough on the other side of the loaf across the first strip. Continue alternating dough strips over the loaf all the way down the loaf. Pinch the ends on each side together.
-
Transfer Sil-Pat (or parchment paper) to a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until crust is golden. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into slices to serve.
