Sausage Tomato Pasta

Simple, yet classic, and ready in 30 minutes!

  • 16 ounces farfalle pasta
  • sea salt
  • 3 bratwurst sausages diced
  • 1/2 pint tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup spanish olives


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add sea salt and pasta and cook for 10-11 minutes or till al dente.
  2. In the meantime prepare the sauce.
  3. Using a large pan, turn heat on medium and add brats.
  4. Cook for a 10 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Add tomatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. When pasta is done cooking drain and pour into a large bowl.
  7. Top with sausage and tomato sauce. Add olives.
  8. Serve immediately and ENJOY!
