Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 store bought or homemade pie crust
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • One 15oz can Libby’s Pumpkin
  • One 12oz can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven the 425 degrees F. Place pie crust into pie plate and gently press to mold to plate; set aside.
  2. Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour filling into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven heat down to 350 degrees F and bake for another 45 minutes.
