Crunchy Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon cut into 4 fillets
  • French’s fried onions

Honey Mustard Dressing:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down onto prepared baking sheet. Spoon honey mustard on top of salmon fillets. Top with canned fried onions.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. If onions begin to brown too much, lay a piece of foil over the top of the salmon.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until combined and smooth.
