Skinny Watermelon Martini
This healthier version of Skinny Watermelon Martini will quench your thirst, but not add to your waistline.

cubed and seeded watermelon

cup
cubed and seeded cucumber

1/4
cup
fresh squeezed orange juice

teaspoon
honey

Tablespoons
good quality vodka

watermelon wedges to garnish

Place watermelon, cucumber, honey and orange juice in a blender.

Blend until liquefied.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the watermelon mixture and vodka.

Shake, shake, shake to combine.

Pour into chilled martini glasses and garnish with a watermelon wedge.
