Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Hummus

Ingredients

cup
garbanzo beans
cooked

tsp
vanilla extract
2-4
Tbsp
honey or pure maple syrup
start with less and add more to taste
Pinch
salt
1/4
cup
peanut butter
recommend a brand with only peanuts as an ingredient
1/4
cup
water or milk
as needed
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Slowly drizzle water or milk until desired thinness is achieved.
Serve with sliced apples, berries, graham crackers, or pretzels.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
