Today I’m sharing a quick and easy tilapia dinner that the whole family will love. I served my tilapia up with a Caesar salad and Milanese Risotto.
A few months ago I got a killer deal on tilapia at the store. I’m talking buy 4 pounds get them at $2.25/lb – so I get all four pounds. Even since I’ve been hunting for ways to use this fish. I have fish & chips on the list, but I wanted some other options too. I found this recipe from MaMa’s Supper Club and had to try it. Even my mom, who’s not the biggest tilapia fan, liked this recipe. Which makes it a winner in my book.
