I’m a steak lover through and through, and so is Mike. Maybe it has to do with our years working at a steak house together – where me met. Maybe it’s just a meaty goodness of some medium rare cooked cow parts. Either way, it’s one of those meals that we can really sink our teeth in to.
This Balsamic Whiskey Marinated Steak can be prepared with a variety of cuts. I made my steak in the skillet, but you could grill your steaks too. Just bast them with a little of the marinade as they cook. YUM!
