Let’s talk clothes! I got my second Stitch Fix and I got a shirt I’ve been swooning over for months. I love love love that my stylist check out my Pinterest style board.
Follow Julie {White Lights on Wednesday}’s board Turn to the Left on Pinterest.
So each package comes with your packing & price list. One of the really cool things about Stitch Fix is that you get a discount if you buy all the pieces in your fix. That’ll be a dangerous fix for me…I can’t wait to melt over everything in the box. 🙂
You also get these cute little cards that give you styling ideas for all the pieces in your fix. Which is totally great. You can see the pieces dressed up or down, and get some new ideas for your wardrobe.
Are you ready to dive in? I swear I’m going to get better about taking clothing selfies. For now bear with me, ‘kay?
This shirt has olive green stripes and yellow embroidery. It feels great on, and the back is killer. There’s this great fabric twist to give the shirt more interest. But I couldn’t get over that weird swoop up in the front. If it had dipped down or been straight across I would have totally kept this shirt.

Le Sample Kahlo Embroidered Racerback Tank $48
This shirt is so not me. The cut didn’t look good – my armpits looked like they had pooches that are not there. The front detail was nice, but the whole royal blue/black color combo thing is not my favorite. This was a BIG pass. I did make a note to my stylist this time that I don’t wear a lot of blue, especially navy.
VERDICT: Returned
Mystree Abigail Colorblock Lace Trim Top $58
How freaking cute is this dress? It’s totally the right way to do color blocking. Red is one of my all time favorite colors, and I don’t have nearly enough clothes with a good red color. This dress is SO fun to twirl in, and there’s a little closer fitting slip so you’re not showing off your goods on accident. I would have loved to keep this dress, but it wasn’t in the budget this month. I could choose only one item this go round. I flat out told my stylist I wanted to see this dress again in the future so I could buy it. It will be mine.
VERDICT: Returned
41 Hawthorn Capitola Fit & Flare Tank Dress $78
This top is really comfortable. I’m mean it’s flannel, come on. The polka dots were cute and I didn’t even mind the navy color. Two cons: the sleeves didn’t comfortably roll up past my forearm, no biggie really, and it’s flannel…in April…in AZ. 110+ degree temperatures are around the corner and I couldn’t talk myself into buying flannel.
VERDICT: Returned
Jach’s Girlfriend Bergman Dot Print Cotton Flannel $38
OMG OMG OMG!!! Y’all just don’t even know how excited I was to have this baby in my Stitch Fix box. My stylist told me she saw this asymmetrical cardigan on my Pinterest board and so she sent me this practically identical one. I’m IN LOVE!! This shirt is awesome. It’s wicked comfortable, and there are a bunch of different ways to style it. All I can think of is fall and winter with my skinny jeans and boots. Mmmmmm. Love love love. And there are pockets!
VERDICT: MINE
Sweet Rain Alan Cowl Neck Asymmetrical Cardigan $58
Yay for new amazing piece for the closet! I can’t wait to see what I get next month. Stitch has also started a new program where you can get a fix more than once a month. I haven’t checked it out yet, but I’ll have more details for you next month.
You can sign up for your own fix HERE.
Each month you pay a $20 styling fee that gets applied to your order total.
