Ingredients
2eggs
¾cupmilk
2/3cupPanko bread crumbs
½teaspoononion powder
1½teaspoonsdried parsley
½teaspoondried basil
1teaspoonsalt
? teaspoon pepper
1½poundsground beef
Toppping:
¼cupketchup
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
½teaspoonmustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Add in bread crumbs, onion powder, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper; stir to combine. Add ground beef and mix together by hand until meat and seasonings are well incorporated.
Transfer meat mixture to a 9? x “5 loaf pan and press into dish to evenly distribute meat mixture.
Bake for 1 hour. Pour off fat.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Top meatloaf with ketchup mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. let loaf stand for 10 minutes before serving.
