Red Hot Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

Infused Vodka:

  • 1/4 cup Red Hot candies
  • 1 cup plain vodka

Red Hot Chocolate Martini:

  • 1 shot chocolate vodka
  • 1/3 shot Red Hot infused vodka
  • 1/3 cup half & half
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

Infused Vodka:

  1. Pour the Red Hot candies into a pint jar. Pour the vodka over top. Place the lid tightly on the jar and give it a good shake. Let it stand for 24 hours or until all the Red Hots are completely dissolved. Shake the jar at leas 3-4 times during the 24 hour period.

Red Hot Chocolate Martini:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in the vodka, the half & half, and a squirt of chocolate syrup and give it a quick shake.
  2. Decoratively squiggle chocolate syrup on the inside of your martini glass (optional).
  3. Strain the shaken martini from the cocktail shaker to the martini glass.
  4. Enjoy!
