Ghost Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • White cake cupcakes from box mix
  • Black buttercream
  • Green buttercream
  • White fondant
  • Dum Dum lollipop
  • Pastry bag and #3 tip

Instructions

  1. Frost cupcakes with green buttercream.
  2. Cut half of the stick off your Dum Dum.
  3. Roll out fondant. {I found thinner is better} Using a 2″ to 3″ circle cutter, cut out a fondant circle for each cupcake.
  4. Place to Dum Dum candy in the middle of the fondant circle and gently form the fondant around the lollipop. Once the lollipop is halfway covered, let the remaining fondant flair out.
  5. Place the ghost on top of the cupcake using the lollipop stick to secure everything.
  6. Pipe the ghost’s eyes on using the black buttercream. Then write “BOO!” in front of the ghost.
