One Year Ago: DIY OH! IO! Shirts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 2 cups pecans, choppped
- Nilla Wafers
- Bring cream cheese, butter, and cookie dough to room temperature. DO NOT microwave to heat. Everything will get melty and you won’t be able to make a ball – not that I would know…
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, butter and cookie dough until combined.
- Roll cookie dough ball in chopped pecans until coated on all sides. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve with regular or mini Nilla wafers.
