Are you ready for some more pie?!?! Such a rhetorical question. I think it’s impossible to not love pie. They come in so many shapes and sizes, sweet and savory, the possibilities are endless!
I’ve always liked Marie Callender’s pie. There was a Marie Callender’s restaurant by my step-dad’s old house and we would go there once a month or so. I always had pie for dessert, even if it meant boxing up half my dinner. I’m awesome like that. Sadly, it’s been years since I’ve been and I think about that pie a lot.
Now that I have kids (and am cheap) we eat at home a lot more. I cook dinner 4 to 6 nights per week, and while I love to make desserts, some nights I want any easy answer.
